Acupuncture and massage therapy

I provide customized treatments to ease muscle tension, reduce stress, and improve circulation as well as treat a variety of conditions. Both acupuncture and massage therapy work together to support wellness and recovery. I also use different modalities such as gua sha and cupping to help support patients.

Qualifications

I am a registered massage therapist with the COllege of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) as well as a registered acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). I also hold certifications for cupping, gua sha and lymphatic drainage massage.
